Can we visit your shop during this Covid19 pandemic?

We follow the rules issued by the UK Government. These change according to the current situation so please see our updated guidelines at the bottom of our home page.

What does "Click & Collect" mean?

This means that you get the option to pay for your order online then come and collect it from our shop saving you shipping costs and delivery time. You will see the Click & Collect option at Check Out. Just click this and check out as normal. Once we have your order ready we will let you know a time and date for you to collect it from the front of our shop.

Are all the brands you sell genuine items?

Oh yes! We only buy either directly from the manufacturer or their appointed distributor/agent for the UK. All our products are 100% genuine.

BELSTAFF products, are these genuine?

Yes, indeed they are. We are an Authorised Partner for Belstaff. Check this here

I cannot see my size in stock? Can you get what size I need?

No problem. We don’t have every item in stock in every size all the time as we simply don’t have enough space to display everything. We normally have the popular sizes in but just drop us an email with details of what you need and leave it to us.

What does ‘Pre-Order’ mean and what are the conditions?

Pre-Orders are usually because the product is only made to order, in high demand or so new, we are expecting a rush so you can reserve your item in advance.

Helmets, can I return a helmet for a refund?

We don’t accept helmets back unless there is a manufacturing fault. The reason being that we sell safety and can only be 100% sure the helmets we sell have not been used, dropped or damaged.

Postage seems expensive! Can I get a better price?

We try to keep up with accurate pricing but our suppliers do change their rates quite often so forgive us if we are a few pence out! We also check around for the best prices with the best service. We know there are cheaper courier companies out there but we also know that their services are not up to our standard so we don’t use them.

You don’t have the product I am looking for but can you find it for me?

Yes of course. We have some excellent suppliers out there who often have exactly what our customers need. Drop us an email and let us look around for you.

I want to buy a present for someone but not sure what to get or what size?

We recommend buying one of our gift vouchers which can easily be redeemed in our online shop or in our Bournemouth store.

I want to buy a few items from your shop but live outside the UK. Can you consolidate all the items into one parcel so I can save on shipping costs.

We get this and think it’s a good money saving idea. Unfortunately we never know exactly what you want to combine but when you tell us, we will contact our couriers for their best price and let you know.

I would like to visit your shop but you are closed on Sunday’s & Monday’s which are the only days I can visit!

Give us a call during our normal working hours and let us know your plans. We are very happy to accommodate out of hour visits (at all reasonable times!!).
